If you are running a Tuku 26, thank you for taking part. Here are some areas of support we can offer you during the festival

Although the Tuku 26 programme has been printed so we can’t alter that now, there are ways we can help update your web-based listings.  We can change your listing details here on the Tuku Website. We can also change the Tuku 26 listings we have added to the eventfinda website. To make changes, please email the new information to Kara at hello@elevatedevents.co.nz and cc in tom.ransom@ncc.govt.nz. We will get those web-based changes actioned.

Please note though: Updates can take up to five working days to go live so please don’t leave changes too late running up to your event. Also, please remember that your original listing information will still be in the public arena via the printed programme. This means to avoid disappointment, you are also advised to proactively communicate any changes you make to your listing, with your booked audience/the wider community.

Nelson City Council spends over $25,000 promoting the festival. That activity is in the form of adverts in newspapers, social media and printed collateral such as posters and notice boards. We also distribute 6000 printed Tuku 26 programmes ate distributed at Libraries, Heritage Facilities, and local cafes. Most of the adverts promote the whole festival rather than individual events and drive visits to the Tuku 26 website to see the latest event listings. In this way the marketing spend is maximized for all events. Event hosts are encouraged to also carry out their own individual event marketing.
