Come and experience the life cycle of the tuna (longfin eel), our treasured endemic species found nowhere else on earth. This two-part event begins with a walk along the Maitai River and ends at Queens Gardens with a game and prizes. Learn about the life of tuna (and other freshwater species) from the ocean to upstream along the river and view local public artworks along the way. Fun for the whole family.
